RETURNS
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason you can either return it to our store by hand or by post, the address can be found on the contact page.

Before returning your purchase please either e-mail us at admin@coopercoffee.co.uk, or telephone us on 00 44 (0)1534 733352 for confirmation. Please ensure that you refer to any order reference provided.

We will only accept returns within 30 days of purchase, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact). We will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.

EXCHANGES
Exchanges will be judged on an individual basis and notification via email or phone must be given.
