Shipping policy

We aim to despatch your order within 1-2 working days. These goods will be delivered to the address specified by you unless otherwise specifically agreed.

If COOPER.CO.JE has insufficient stock to deliver the goods ordered by you, any sum debited by COOPER.CO.JE will be re-credited to your account. We will advise you by email of this action.

Ownership of the goods you have ordered will pass to you on their being delivered to you or to the person you nominate.

UK DELIVERY

Orders under £100.00 will be calculated at the checkout, dependent on the weight of the products.

FREE UK delivery for all orders over £100.00.

OVERSEAS DELIVERY

European deliveries will be dispatched via Jersey Post using their European Airmail service.

As a result of Brexit, our customers in European Union member states have experienced extreme delays in receiving goods, we ask that you remain patient as we do not have control over the speed of the latest export and import regulations.

For both European and Worldwide deliveries, shipping costs will be calculated based on weight of package at checkout.
