This coffee has a very smooth but heavy taste due to being aged for 3 years. Aged coffee usually means stale coffee. However, this is not the case with OBJ. There's very much life in this one, and this comes from the way we roast it to remove any undesirable flavours leftover from the maturing process. The end product is pleasantly sophisticated.
