Matcha is a finely ground powder of green tea specially processed from shade-grown tea leaves. It's known for its vibrant green colour and rich, umami flavour. It's very rich in antioxidants and unlike regular tea, you consume the entire leaf. Matcha can be prepared with milk (or plant milk) as a matcha latte or, more traditionally, whisked into a paste and mixed with hot water.
Zuma Matcha Powder is in its pure form with nothing added.
